Nehemiah 2:10
When tSanballat the 2Horonite, and uTobiah vthe servant, the Ammonite, heard of it, it wgrieved them exceedingly that there was come a man xto seek the welfare of the children of Israel.

Nehemiah 13:28 And one of the sons of Joiada, the son of Eliashib the high priest, was son in law to Sanballat the Horonite: therefore I chased him from me.
