When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a jGalilaean.

When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a Galilaean.

Πιλάτος δὲ ἀκούσας Γαλιλαίαν ἐπηρώτησεν εἰ ὁ ἄνθρωπος Γαλιλαῖός ἐστι.

Textual key: ‘of Galilee’ is changed to ‘it’ or omitted
