Deuteronomy 23:22
But bif thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in thee.
But if thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in thee.
NKJV: But if you abstain from vowing, it shall not be sin to you.
ESV: But if you refrain from vowing, you will not be guilty of sin.

Ecclesiastes 5:5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.
