Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.
Mark 15:1 And straightway in the morning the chief priests held a consultation with the elders and scribes and the whole council, and bound Jesus, and carried him away, and delivered him to Pilate.

I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go. 23. And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.

Acts 4:26-28 26. The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ. 27.
