2 Corinthians 7:10

nFor godly sorrow worketh orepentance to salvation pnot to be repented of: qbut the sorrow of the world worketh death.

For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

ἡ γὰρ κατὰ Θεὸν λύπη μετάνοιαν εἰς σωτηρίαν ἀμεταμέλητον κατεργάζεται· ἡ δὲ τοῦ κόσμου λύπη θάνατον κατεργάζεται.
