2 Chronicles 7:14

If my people, 3which are called by my name, shall vhumble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; wthen will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
