Likewise, mye younger, submit yourselves unto nthe elder. Yea, all of you obe subject one to another, and be clothed with phumility: for qGod resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

ὁμοίως, νεώτεροι, ὑποτάγητε πρεσβυτέροις· πάντες δὲ ἀλλήλοις ὑποτασσόμενοι, τὴν ταπεινοφροσύνην ἐγκομβώσασθε· ὅτι ὁ Θεὸς ὑπερηφάνοις ἀντιτάσσεται, ταπεινοῖς δὲ δίδωσι χάριν.
