And he ewalked in all the ways of Asa his father; he turned not aside from it, doing that which was right in the eyes of the LORD: nevertheless fthe high places were not taken away; for the people offered and burnt incense yet in the high places.

NKJV: And he walked in all the ways of his father Asa. He did not turn aside from them, doing what was right in the eyes of the Lord. Nevertheless the high places were not taken away, for the people offered sacrifices and burned incense on the high places.

ESV: He walked in all the way of Asa his father. He did not turn aside from it, doing what was right in the sight of the Lord. Yet the high places were not taken away, and the people still sacrificed and made offerings on the high places.
