And Jabez icalled on the God of Israel, saying, 4Oh that thou wouldest jbless me indeed, and kenlarge my *coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest 5keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God lgranted him that which he requested.
